The cheese waxing machine PARAMA 676 can be used as a stand-alone machine and is characterized by a 100% covering and closed wax layer. The machine consists of a pre-melt container with liquid wax, a carousel with suction heads and a water container.
Process Parama 676
The cheese is placed by hand under a suction cup. The carousel turns around; the cheese is immersed up to 70% in the washing container. The cheese wax drips onto a heated drip tray and the bottom of the cheese has become a closed wax layer. It is then cooled by air, turned by hand and made a second round. After two rounds, the cheese is completely waxed. By simply mounting the wax container, colors can be easily changed by placing a second wax container on the machine. It is also possible to change the suction heads so that different cheese sizes can be waxed with the same machine. The heating system has a fireproof construction and it is possible to automate the input and output of the machine.
