Junior Farm Manager & Viticulturist- Elgin area: This beautiful Wine farm, that is part of an bigger wine estate, is seeking a Junior Farm Manager. You will be responsible to manage the daily running of the farm, with the main duty looking after the 52 ha of vineyards.
This is an ideal position for a young viticulturist establishing himself/herself and building a CV. You will be working with premium quality grapes, for a few very well known wine estates. Guidance and expert consultants will be available. Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to deal with day to day vineyard practices, oversee staff, IPW, equipment, diesel, chemicals and others.
What you would need: Tertiary Viticulture qualification and the passion to produce premium quality grapes. The ability to work with multi-culture staff and manage them. Salary will be market related. Accommodation available on the farm.
