Filler Operation Vacancy Wellington

Imbuko Wines is a successful supplier of bulk- and bottle wines for both National and International markets.
We require a highly competent and passionate individual in our Operations / Production team

Main functions:

• Operate and control the bottling of wines – ensure all procedures and maintenance is done according to food safety and operational procedures
• Manage, oversee and report on the cleaning process of the bottling area and all relevant areas and material
• Assist others where necessary
• Conduct the necessary administration with regards to bottling

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years experience in the Wine Industry
• Previous exposure to ISO 22000 (Food Safety) would be an advantage
• Understanding the technical and mechanical aspects of the machines
