Established successful wine estate in the Franschhoek valley with superior internationally known wines seeks an experienced wines sales administrator with SAWIS/SARS experience, Pastel/MS Office skills and International export documentation and logistics experience to prepare and process local and international orders and invoices, plus manage our local and international inventory and related order documentation.

Your matric and post-matric administration or similar qualification, 5 years plus wine industry administration experience in an wine export administrative role, especially in respect of SAWIS and SARS requirements could secure you an interview for this challenging role. Reporting to the Marketing/Sales Manager you will also assist her to promote the estate brands, represent the estate at shows and festivals as well as assist with the administration of the Wine Tasting Facilities. Opportunities to earn commission on wine sales and to travel locally and nationally. The position will require you to have your own reliable transport and a willingness to work flexible hours.
