APPOINTMENT REQUIRENTS
- Completed HR Diploma / Degree
- Min 2 – 3 years generalist HR experience
- Hospitality industry knowledge essential
- Drivers License & own reliable transport
KPA’S
- Maintaining employee files & records
- Administering payroll and leave applications
- Administering engagement of new employees & terminations of employment
- Capturing WCA claims
- Assisting new staff members with employee contracts & induction programs
- Assist management with staff performance reviews during probation periods
- Co-ordinate training & development activities for staff
- Co-ordinating & attending EE meetings
