Land for Bees

I am looking for a land owner preferably within an hour’s drive of CT who would be happy to have 5 – 10 beehives on their property. The ideal position will be well away from people & livestock and secure from vandalism. I am a registered hobbyist beekeeper living in the City looking to expand my number of hives.
