Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree

Experience & Knowledge:
Relevant experience in export logistics coordination of minimum 3 years
Freight forwarding experience & relationship management

Advanced computer literacy – Microsoft Office
Knowledge of export operating systems, & understanding how to optimize & tactically plan outcomes
Knowledge of fresh fruit handling and varieties could strengthen application, especially w.r.t exotic products

Job Description:
Stock control on Navision
Coordinate load-out instructions to coldrooms
Coordinate and communicate road, air and seafreight needs Control standard costs, along with finance
Ensure system and data integrity i.e. reports
Understand and manage administrative outcomes of export documentation
Preparing reports and assisting Operations Director with projects

Remuneration Market related, depending on qualifications & experience
