Looking for finished wine in bulk

I am putting feelers out to some producers that may have a surplice of finished wine that can still be blended and bottled.

Objective is we own a couple brands and are looking for bulk wine suppliers where we can come and make up some blends and then put the wine through our panel before we go ahead and bottle a run. We are looking for a partner we can work with on many different wines and cultivars over the years.
