Here’s how to do it:
Buy your grapes on the farm.
Have a part in the Harvest, Winemaking, Bottling, and Labelling of your own wine.
Decide on your own packaging.
Have your own storage space for your wine for aging, locked with your key.
Only a few people will be selected.
Secure your place on the Beautiful Wine Estate to bring your friends out to the farm for tastings and telling your winemaking story of your wine.
All winemaking is on small scale not more than 500L wine a person.
