So the wine is ready to be barreled if needed. It is full enough. Near perfect analysis of: Alcohol 14.57% RS 1.62g/l VA 0.52 pH 3.55 TA 5.52 SO2 nog by 25 free en 40 total. Had only one So2 and will be adjusted when wine loads to 35 free and 65 total. Just perfect to go into oak.
