On-Consumption Wine Sales Manager Vacancy KZN

A wine distribution company is looking for an On-Consumption Sales Manager for KZN.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, establishes new accounts planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets to meet budget requirements.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Responsible for implementing marketing and promotional activities in-store.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Motivate Sales

Minimum requirements:

• Matric with relevant tertiary degree/diploma would be a distinct advantage.
• Previous work experience in the FMCG industry would be advantageous.
• Highly motivated and responsible, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Sound business acumen and strong negotiating skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer literate (Word Excel, PowerPoint etc).
• Code 8 unendorsed driver’s licence.
• The candidate must have own transport and be willing to travel within the region.

Salary R40 000 CTC depending on experience.
