The grapes are grown in the Malmesbury area in perfect laterite soils under dry land conditions. Although not certified, fully organic farming methods are used.
Vines are 15 years old and grapes have been previously successfully used in boutique wines. The expected yield is 10 tons, smaller volumes can be accommodated. Harvest time February / March 2019.
