Ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and work in a disciplined and systematic manner, and to work collaboratively as part of a large production team.

Requirements:

*Recognised 3-year Oenology related qualification;

*3 – 5 years working experience in established production facility; experience in managing team of Cellar Workers;

*able to work flexible working hours.
