Responsibilities:
Whilst leading a team, you will be responsible for:
- Final preparation of bulk wine as per bottling program, specification, time frame and procedure
- Supervision of bulk wine, additives and chemical stock
- Supervision of facilities and equipment
- Supervision of post filtration process
- Maintain safe work environment
- Ensure that all processes adhere to quality standards and that quality is maintained throughout the process
- Continuous improvement of production efficiencies
- Constant monitoring of production speed
- Identify and report problems and high risk areas
- Minimize waste in area of responsibility
- Maintain and adhere to Housekeeping standards
Skills and qualifications:
- Matric with a minimum of 5 year experience in production environment
- Should be willing to work after hours as per operational requirement
- Possess over leadership qualities, take initiative, be a reliable, honest, trustworthy and confident person
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have an eye for detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have a valid driver’s license
