Our client, a boutique winery, in the Robertson Wine Valley (Bonnievale area), currently needs a person with excellent communication- and strong interpersonal skills, who is fully qualified in Viti- and Viniculture.

ASSISTANT WINEMAKER (Harvest – to become permanent) The Assistant Winemaker will be responsible for * the coordinating of harvest activities * blending and stabilising of wine * stock control and the purchasing of chemicals * cellar administration * management and supervision over cellar workers * liaison for wine tastings and –promotions. In return our client offers a competitive remuneration package.
