Senior Winemaker Boschendal Vacancy Franschoek

DGB (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint an exceptional, innovative and seasoned Winemaker to take full responsibility for the Boschendal white wine and MCC range.

The successful incumbent must be in possession of a diploma or degree in Viticulture or/and Oenology and have working knowledge of quality- and business management systems.  Proven managerial competence in being part of, leading and managing a wine team is an essential criteria for this position. The winemaker will work in close collaboration with the Cellar Master. They will function as a team to manage staff as well as cellar procedures.
