Small Vineryar Winemaker Vacancy Cape Town

I have a house in Camps Bay which has a very small vineyard behind it – 100 vines. I purchased the property from a wine enthusiast who originally planted the vines, harvested and bottled the wine. I think it is a Grenache  style grape. I have no knowledge of this but am a wine lover and would like to have someone to do what the previous owner did right from maintaining the vines, to making the wine and bottling it ( which he did in the garage of the house I think). He produced about 80-100 bottles a year.
