Assistant Winemaker Vacancy South Africa

A well-established Wine Cellar is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join their team as Assistant Winemaker.

Under the guidance of the Winemaker / Viticulturist you will assist in all aspects of winemaking, and the overall management of supplying quality grapes to the cellar. In addition to comprehensive knowledge of winemaking, the candidate is expected to possess very strong organizational and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Viticulture and Oenology with at least 2 years’ similar experience. Coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will make a success of this role.
