Viticulturist Vacancy Stellenbosch

Stellenbosch Winery seeks to appoint a full time Viticulturist & Farm Manager.

Duties and responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, full implementation of annual viticultural program in conjunction with the Winemaker and Viticultural Consultant, Management of Vineyard and Farm Staff, maintenance of farm buildings, vehicles and equipment, management of seasonal contractors, management of security via appointed security firm, ensure annual compliance with regulatory bodies, monthly cost control and annual budget compilation.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Viticulture, have a minimum of 5 years related industry experience, have sound staff management skill, be computer literate and be an all-rounder with a hands-on approach.
