Tractor Driver / Spraying operator
Qualifications
- Honest and sober habits
- Must have a valid driver license
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Communicate well with management
- Show good initiative and take lead in different farm situations
- Good self-discipline and motivation skills
Responsibilities
- Do all spraying operator / tractor driving work
- General maintenance on the tractors and farm
- Do all necessary general work on the farm as set out by the foreman/ manager
- Be part of the fire /health & safety team
- Maintenance on vineyard blocks
- Report to the manager / foreman any faults on the tractor
- Practice Health and Safety principles on the farm and enforcing it
- Enforce safety rules of the farm on the farm workers
