Assistant Winemaker Position Tulbagh

A well know winery in Tulbagh is looking for a young and ambitious person to become part of their team.
Tertiary qualification in Winemaking is a requirement. No previous experience in needed.
The successful candidate will be involved in all winemaking aspects from grape intake to final bottling.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
– General cellar work.
– Managing workers.
– Lab work (sugar tests, pH, etc)
– General administration (IPW, Sawis, etc)
