De Toren Private Cellar is offering the position of Viticulturist to a dynamic, driven individual.

The vineyards are in transition to Organic Status and the employer is searching for an innovative individual with a passion for organic growing principles, who is clinical in their approach to precision farming, pays attention to the finest details and is uncompromising in upholding the standards of the farm in all its workings.

The candidate should be hard working, a good planner and have the ability to bring the best out of the team resonating under him/her. The candidate should have good communication skills to liaise with the production team and management.

Excellent viticultural knowledge as well as the capacity to drive innovation and wine improvement is imperative to the position and 5 – 10 years of relevant practical experience is required.
