Wine Administration and Logistic Manager Vacancy Stellenbosch

We are looking for a “Wine Administration and Logistic Manager”. Position available immediately.

The job: you will work under the supervision of the Wine Maker and in close collaboration with the rest of the team. You will be responsible for managing  the stock at the cellar (wine, dry goods, palettes, etc…) and maintaining it up to date at all time. You will plan and schedule bottling and labelling. You will be responsible for all documentation and administration related to export and domestic shipments. You will prepare and maintain up to date Wine on Line and SAWIS documentation, as well as prepare and submit excice monthly. You will maintain effective relationships and communication channels with logistics and distribution partners.

The requirements: 2/3 years experience minimum in a similar position – Very good knowledge of DAFF, SAWIS and SARS processes. Certificate/diploma in logistic/export – Enthusiastic, open-minded, thinking outside of the box, teamplayer.
