Position: Export Coordinator (Wine industry)

Area: Stellenbosch (Well-known wine estate)

Salary: R18 000 – R23 000 neg on exp

Type of employment: Permanent position

Requirements:

• Completed matric
• Suitable tertiary qualification preferred
• Experience as an export coordinator is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong admin skills, able to work accurately & systematically in a dynamic & busy environment
• Experience of the EZY-Winery management system would advantageous

Duties

• Receive and process all international orders
• Manage admin tasks relating to export of all international orders
• Deal with shipping agents, Wine online, export documentation, EUR1 certification & processing on EZY software
• Regular liaison with production departments & clients to report on the status of the order process
• Receive and process national orders, process invoices & arrange deliveries
• Schedule bottling on EZY Winery system & purchases of stock items for bottling
• Do and supervise stock take in applicable departments
• Deal with all SAWI’s admin & monthly returns relating to excise tax
• Report to the Financial manager
