Wine Export Sales Manager Vacancy Paarl

Cape Diamond Wines, with its head office in Paarl, has two export sales manager positions available. The successful candidate must be independent, innovative, hardworking and target orientated, with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.

A relevant tertiary qualification and 5 – 8 years proven sales experience in a similar position is required. The successful candidates will be required to travel internationally on a regular basis. Passion and knowledge of the wine industry and established trade relationships in the export market will count in the applicants favour.

The sales manager reports directly to the international marketing manager and duties will include the following:

* the achievement of sales targets

* driving of innovative programmes designed to achieve new business growth

* present wine tastings, client functions and promotions

* wine sales in the export market

* building client relations with existing clients and potential clients

* interact with buyers * all other tasks related to this position.
