Wine Farm Renovation Project Manager Vacancy

We seek an experienced Project Manager to renovate a small 10 ha wine farm (with no processing facilities) near Wellington. Works include remodelled owners house, upgrade  to existing buildings and roads, new security.

Required person should have current building experience, ability to manage the contractor renovating the main house, ability to complete the smaller jobs. Sound administrative skills necessary as well as an understanding of a vineyard, so that other roles can be undertaken.

The role may be a 12 month project term or longer depending on your vineyard and administrative experience.
