Wine Logistics Assistant Vacancy Stellenbosch

Koelenhof Wine Cellar, situated in the Stellenbosch wine region, currently has the abovementioned career opportunity available.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will be fully responsible for the administration of keeping stock of our clients’ bottled wine in our storage facility, as well as coordinating any reworking of wine orders.

The successful candidate must have a Senior Certificate (matric).

Further prerequisites for this position include: – experience in stock management in the wine industry – good computer skills (MS Outlook & MS Excel) – a good communicator – ability to operate under pressure – ability to function in a team – willingness to work overtime – a valid driver’s license.

The duties include (but not limited to): – all administrative tasks related to the stock keeping of bottled wine and the processing of orders – constituting delivery notes and SAWIS 6’s – coordinating any reworking of wine orders – professional liaison with clients – answering telephones – any other tasks related to that position.
