Wine Sales & Marketing Representative Vacancy Stellenbosch

We are seeking an individual, who is passionate about wine, sales and marketing, preferably based in Stellenbosch or the surrounding area, who is competent and capable of achieving sales growth domestically & marketing the brand.

Role Definition:

• Trade visits to new and existing customers – build customer relationships
• Organise and present tastings with the aim of listing new wines – both on-con and off-con
• Expand the market
• Achieve sale targets and grow sales
• Wine deliveries – incorporate these with customer visits
• Administration – invoicing, statements, following up on payments etc.
• Manage wine tasting area
• Wine training with own staff and customer’s staff
• Weekly reporting on actions and planning

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in Wine Sales and Marketing
• Proven sales track record and valuable connections in the trade
• Sales driven
• Extensive wine knowledge
• Highly self-motivated person
