Seeking a YOUNG, energetic sales representative for on con and off con sales in Gauteng.
A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous (preferably marketing / sales).
A sound wine knowledge.
Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
If and where possible a solid and established customer base in these respective areas.
Professional communication (written and verbal) as well as personal interfacing skills, resulting in a high level of credibility, trust and respect with both internal and external stakeholders (trade customers and consumers.)
Have a strong ability to function independently without supervision as well as part of a team.
Have good self-motivation and respond well to instruction from management.
Confident enough to provide timeous feedback to team and internal customers on areas for improvement and efficiencies, completion of activities and any other business related challenges that require quick and sound solutions.
A passionate and positively disposed individual.
Likeability and a bespoke appearance, as one would expect of a representative of a high end wine portfolio.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license without endorsements.
Basic computer skills (MS Office suite – Excel/Word and Outlook).
Solid business acumen and understanding.
A passion for customer service.
A good understanding of customer relationships and needs analysis.
Strong negotiating skills.
A high level of energy as this position involves working long, flexible hours, including some evenings, weekend and public holidays when required.
