Wine Tasting Room Manager Vacancy Paarl

Backsberg is looking for a Tasting Room Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the tasting room and guest experience at Backsberg.

Requirements:
– Passion for and knowledge of fine wine, and willingness to learn more
– Excellent hospitality, sales, organisational, and customer service skills
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Customer service oriented
– Proficient IT skills
– Experience in tasting room sales OR a similar customer service oriented position
– Must be available and willing to work weekends and occasional evenings.
