Winery/micro-brewery/distillery for contract manufacturing.

I am looking for a winery/micro-brewery/distillery with a Micro manufacturing liquor licence, through which I can:

1. Buy bulk wines in batches of 25l (if a winery);
2. buy bulk spirit in batches of 25l (if distillery);
3. Bottle a wine based craft cocktail; and
4. Sell the above mentioned craft cocktails.

Initially, I would start of with batches of a 100 bottles and then ramp up production once demand takes of.

As close to Cape Town as possible, but anything in the Winelands will do.

I am open to negotiation.
