One of the best and most well-established wine grape farms in South Africa. The farm harvested 3,715 tons in 2016. The estimated harvest projection will be at 5,000 tons in 2 years.
Ample water is available from three earth dams with a joint capacity of 150,000m3. Furthermore, the farm is certified for water usage rights out of the Hex River Water Scheme, Worcester Oos Water Users Association and Central Breede River Water Users Association. Building plans of another dam with the capacity of 684,000m3 have already been approved by the Department of Water Affairs. However, the farm has more than enough water to supply current cultivated land. The proposed new dam is for planned establishment of new vineyards on the farm.
The irrigation of the current vineyards are fully automated and can be controlled remotely from your cell phone and or PC. The water pump stations are secured with an alarm system and armed response.
This highly mechanized farm functions with very little manual labour. The selling price includes all farming equipment.
