Operations Assistant, Stellenbosch

With the primary objective of the Operations Assistant being to assist the Logistics and Operations team in the day to day activities during export season, we are looking for a candidate who is well organized, accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and understand the industry of exporting of fresh produce and/or FMCG products.

Our client is an international soft fruit group with several business units globally.  With offices based in the Stellenbosch area, we are looking for a suitable candidate to take up this exciting and challenging role.

Candidate requirements:

• Logistics or equivalent tertiary diploma/certificate
• Experience in the perishable export industry (2-3 years)
• Driver’s license and own transport
• Fruit export knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills

Salary on offer:

• Our client is offering a CTC package of up to R20 000pm
