Pressure Safety Valve On-site Testing – Certification Somerset West

We specialize in On-Site certification and service of pressure safety valves (PSV’s / SRV’s) utilizing a fully equipped mobile workshop that enables us to be more efficient and prevent downtime for our customers with cutting edge, technologically orientated, equipment. We are also able to supply new safety valves when required.

We make use of a Ventil test bench meeting international requirements as per valve test standards like API 527, ASME PCT25, and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) recommendations.

We are capable of testing relief valves in a range of sizes from ¼” to 4” screwed or flanged and testing pressures from 0 – 100 Bar. We utilize a laser bubble counter to perform the Leak test as per API 527.

We designed our database web app for paperless record-keeping of all our customer’s relief valves. All documents are available by scanning a QR code, which is fiber marked on-site, on a stainless steel tag. The relief valve is sealed with a stainless steel cable and lead seal, to avoid tampering after testing. Pictures are also uploaded when repairs are done, to keep & build a complete service history of the relief valve.

After each project, we supply the customer with his username & password Login Details for the database, to download and share the Certificates, Service reports & pictures of your relief valves with, for example, company colleague’s, Inspectors or Auditors.
