This role will report directly to the General Manager, and will be involved in all aspects of production, from intake to bottling and beyond.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant qualification in Oenology and Viticulture;
• 5 – 7 years’ experience of the total winemaking process and related administration;
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
•Practical viticultural experience will be beneficial.
